Mar 04, 2019 You cannot call a 32-bit DLL from 64-bit LabVIEW, or vice versa. This is a limitation of 64-bit Windows, which does not support mixed 64-bit/32-bit processes. If you are trying to use a 32-bit DLL in 64-bit LabVIEW: The recommended solution is to recompile the DLL from the source code for a 64-bit target architecture.
I feel functioning in a 64-bit Home windows 7 environment and running a 32-bit version of LabVIEW.I need to web page link up a specific instrument to LabVIEW, using a LabVIEW collection which had been given to me by the company that made the instrument. The library includes phone calls to a couple 32-bit DLL data files which were also provided to me by the corporation.LabVIEW is having trouble reading those DLL documents, and whenever I try to open a document I obtain a popup information that says 'Error launching DLL'. Is this because of a 32-bit/64-bit incompatibility, or will be it expected to something else completely ?

You should end up being able to contact at 32 bit DLL from 32 bit LabVIEW in a 64 bit OS. I believe the issue is certainly something else.

Hello there,
I'm trying to fixed up my computer so that it can run both 64 bit and 32 bit Office (mainly Excel).
I require 64 bit because I function with fairly large spreadsheets, therefore being capable to use even more than 2gm of Memory can make a large difference.
Nevertheless, I furthermore have got a several addons I use occasionally that are usually only backed on 32 bit Excel.
I understand establishing up a VM will function, but I would prefer a simple method.
Somebody mentioned I could set up two different versions of Workplace (ie. 2013 and 2007) in various 'bitness' on the exact same pc. Would anyone know even more about that procedure?
If you possess any some other recommendations, please let me know.
Thanks in advance!
